In order to define sourcing and supply chain strategies, this course will cover the evaluation of spend and supply market dynamics. The influence of the external environment on procurement and supply will be covered in the course. Participants learn how to effectively manage risk and guarantee supply security in order to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
